Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Firefly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Mollycule Labs Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Account and Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.

4. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you post on the App, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content").
• You grant Mollycule Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the App's operation.
• You agree not to post any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third party's rights, including copyright and privacy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Use the App to send unsolicited messages or spam.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial activities without our consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Mollycule Labs Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
• Mollycule Labs is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the App.

8. Termination

Mollycule Labs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. User-Generated Content & Safety

• No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Firefly maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including harassment, abuse, hate speech, explicit sexual material, threats, and illegal activity. Any user found engaging in such behavior may have their account permanently suspended without notice.
• Agreement to Terms: By creating an account and using Firefly, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules of conduct and understand that violation may result in account suspension or termination.
• Reporting Mechanism: Users may report objectionable content or behavior through the in-app feedback feature (Settings → Send Feedback). Reports will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
• Blocking Users: A dedicated block feature is under development. Until then, users can use the feedback mechanism (Settings → Send Feedback) to request blocking of abusive users. Such requests will be addressed within 24 hours.
• Automated Moderation: All media uploaded to Firefly is automatically checked by backend moderation systems to detect NSFW or otherwise prohibited content. Uploads that fail moderation are restricted.
• Developer Action: Mollycule Labs commits to taking timely action on all valid reports within 24 hours, which may include removing content and permanently suspending offending accounts.
• User Support: For any concerns related to content or safety, users may reach out directly to the app maintainer through Settings → Send Feedback or by contacting us at the email above.
